Start the day with an easy breakfast 'crumble' for a comforting way to eat your granola as the weather gets colder. Juicy blackberries and apples are topped with a simple granola topping (use shop-bought or try our homemade recipe beloq) for a sweet breakfast that is still healthy, perfect for the weekend.
Ingredients
150g blackberries
2 apples, peeled and diced
1 lemon, zested
butter, for greasing
100g granola
Directions
Preheat the oven to gas 4, 180’C, fan 160’C. Mix together the blackberries, apples and lemon zest.
Grease 4x150ml ramekins with butter and divide the fruit between them. Top with the granola. Bake for 35 mins, until golden and crisp.
