Ingredients
4 bagels, toasted
4 large eggs
1 tbsp butter
salt and ground black pepper , to taste
½ lb ham, sliced
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
Lightly toast the bagels for 5 minutes.
Whisk the eggs lightly, then add to the pan and season with salt and pepper.
Melt the butter in a nonstick pan.
Cook and shift the eggs around in pan for up to 2 minutes, then sprinkle the cheese over the eggs.
Once the cheese has melted, flip the eggs over and cook for 30 more seconds.
Turn the heat off, push the eggs to the side, and warm the ham slices on the empty section of the pan.
After the ham is warmed, combine the ingredients between bagel slices. Serve and enjoy!
