Pear, banana, oat and honey breakfast smoothie recipe
Ingredients
1 ripe juicy pear, cored
1 ripe banana, peeled
30g porridge oats
1 tbsp clear honey
110g low fat natural yogurt
250ml apple juice
handful ice cubes
Directions
Place all the ingredients in a smoothie maker or food processor and blend till smooth.
Serve chilled in a tall glass.
